Morgan Fairchild, born Patsy An McClenny on the 3rd day of February is an American actress. She rose to prominence during the latter part of the 70s and the early 80s due to her continued roles in various TV shows in which she was portrayed as a glamourous actress. Fairchild's acting career started in 1973 when she played Jennifer Pace on the CBS soap opera Search for Tomorrow. As the first actress portraying Jenna Wade, she made her debut in the CBS soap opera for daytime Dallas in the year 1978. In the following year, she landed her first leading part in the NBC Drama Flamingo Road (1980), that earned her the Golden Globe Award as Best Actress for a Television Series - for that series. The following year, she was a co-star in ABC's short-lived primetime soap Paper Dolls as well as a role as a character in Falcon Crest as attorney Jordan Roberts from 1985 until 1986. Fairchild was also seen in the theater, and in guest roles on television shows like Murphy Brown and Roseanne Cybill. Fairchild was also nominated for an Primetime Emmy Award in 1985 for her role in this drama. She is also an SAG-AFTRA board member.
